Voucher Information
SweetAz NZ supplies experience vouchers, we do not, as yet, make bookings. All vouchers have a life of 12 months, after which the voucher becomes null and void. There are no refunds given for vouchers that are not redeemed. If a booking is made within the 6 month life of a voucher, and every effort has been made to redeem the voucher, then at SweetAz NZ's discretion a partial refund maybe possible minus 10%
All voucher redemption must be arranged and book with the relevant Operator at least 7 days in advance. Once you have made a booking, requests to change or cancel a booking within 7 days of the confirmed date may, at the Operators discression, result in the forfeiture of the booking.
If for reasons outside of your control (weather, availability etc) a cancellation is made, the operator may book you in for another time at no expense to the recipient. However neither SweetAz NZ or the relevant operator is responsible if this does not fit within your plans, or causes any inconvenience to the recipient.
Vouchers are non redeemable for cash and are non refundable.
If the recipient chooses to upgrade the experience (within the options available with the experience provider) or a higher value (for example a higher skydive than the one purchased), payment of the difference will be required. Vouchers will expire 12 months after the origional purchase date. Prior to the voucher expiry date, vouchers may be extended for a period of 3 months for a fee of $30. After the expiration of a voucher, it can not be extended, however, a voucher may be re-activated within 30 days of it becoming expired for a fee of $50. The voucher will be valid for a further 3 months from the date of expiry.
Delivery
Your voucher should be received via NZ Post within 4-5 working days of your order being placed.
Operators
SweetAz NZ works with some of New Zealand's best experience providers in New Zealand, and each provider has their own Terms and Conditions which must be accepted before participation in any experience. If for any reason, the relationship between SweetAz NZ and the operator of the purchased experience ceases we will do our best to provide a similar experience through an a different Operator, if this is not possible or suitable we will happily exchange your voucher to an alternative experience of the same value or less.

Transportation
Transport to and from the operators venue is not included and is the responsibility of the voucher recipient. SweetAz NZ takes no responsibility for recipients inability to get to the Operator site.
